成份	Refined olive oil & soya bean oil
適應症	Source of lipids for patients requiring parenteral nutrition, when oral or enteral nutrition is impossible, insufficient or contraindicated.
用量	*Adult* 5-10 mL/kg/day. *Children* Max dose of 3 g/kg & infusion rate of 0.15 g/kg/hr. *Newborns & premature infants* Initially, 0.5-1.0 g/kg, may be increased up to 2 g/kg.
禁忌	Hypersensitivity to egg & soybean protein. Severe dyslipidemia, non-corrected metabolism disorders including lactic acidosis & uncompensated diabetes, severe sepsis, severe liver disease, blood coagulation disorders, thrombophlebitis, MI.
注意事項	Monitor plasma triglyceride levels & clearance daily. Alkaline phosphatases & total bilirubin, blood sugar, the acid-base balance, electrolytes, and the blood count should be checked at regular intervals. Hydroelectrolytic or metabolism disorders should be corrected before administration. Administer simultaneously with carbohydrates & amino acids to avoid occurrence of metabolic acidosis. Used in extremely premature &/or very low birth-weight infant under the close supervision of a neonatologist. Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (total serum bilirubin >200 micromol/L). Total bilirubin levels should be monitored closely. Pregnancy, lactation.
不良反應	Discontinue treatment if abnormal signs (sweating, shivering, cephalgia, dyspnea) occur. During long-term parenteral nutrition, increase of alkaline phosphatases, transaminases & bilirubin; rarely hepatomegaly & icterus; moderate thrombocytopenia. Rarely, allergic reactions.
