適應症 |
Non-small cell lung cancer. Metastatic breast cancer. |

用量 |
Cap 60 mg/m2 body surface area, administered once weekly. Beyond the 3rd administration, increase the dose to 80 mg/m2 once weekly, except in patients whose neutrophil count dropped once below 500/mm3 or more than once between 500 & 1000/mm3 during the 1st 3 administrations at 60 mg/m2. Vial 25-30 mg/m2 IV weekly over 6-10 mins. |

Should be taken with food (Swallow whole, do not chew/ crush.). |

Cap Disease significantly affecting absorption; previous significant surgical resection of stomach or small bowel. Cap & vial Severe hepatic impairment; pregnancy & lactation; patients requiring long-term O2 therapy. Coadministration with meningocococal conjugate vaccine or other live virus vaccines, phenytoin & itraconazole. |

注意事項 |
Pre-existing myelosuppression, hepatic insufficiency. Ischemic cardiac disease. Should not be given concomitantly with radiotherapy in which target fields include the liver. |

不良反應 |
Neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia; nausea & vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, stomatitis, esophagitis; loss of tendon reflexes, neuromotor disorders, neuroconstipation (rarely progressing to paralytic ileus); alopecia; fatigue, fever, arthralgia including jaw pain, myalgia, pain including pain at tumor site. Vial Ischemic cardiac disease (rare), abnormal liver function tests, dyspnea, bronchospasm, generalized cutaneous reactions (rare).

交互作用 |
Combination with inducers or inhibitors of CYP 3A4 isoenzyme could modify the pharmacokinetics of Navelbine. Avoid coadministration with meningocococal conjugate vaccine or other live virus vaccines, phenytoin & itraconazole.
