適應症	Listed in Dosage.
用量	Increase in neutrophil count after bone marrow transplantation 5 mcg/kg IV once daily. Cancer chemotherapy-induced neutropenia *Adult* 2 mcg/kg SC once daily or 5 mcg/kg IV once daily. *Children* 2 mcg/kg SC or IV once daily. Neutropenia in myelodysplastic syndromes 5 mcg/kg IV once daily.
