適應症 |
Primary immunosuppression in liver, kidney & heart allograft recipients or liver & kidney allograft rejection resistant to conventional immunosuppressive regimens. |

用量 |
Primary immunosuppression Cap Adult 0.1-0.2 mg/kg/day for liver transplantation, 0.15-0.3 mg/kg/day for kidney transplantation administered as 2 divided doses. Trough blood levels should also be monitored periodically during maintenance therapy. Infusion Liver transplant patient 0.01-0.05 mg/kg. Kidney transplant patient 0.05-0.1 mg/kg. |

用法 |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take on an empty stomach at least 1 hr before or 2-3 hr after meals. Avoid grapefruit juice.). |

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

Pregnancy, hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or other macrolides. |

注意事項 |
Liver impairment, careful renal function monitoring is recommended. |

不良反應 |
Tremor, headache, infection, paraesthesia & abnormal kidney function. Occasionally diarrhoea, increased creatinine conc, insomnia, diabetes mellitus, chest pain & nausea. CNS & sensory disorders. GI, resp, skin & CV disorders. Arthralgia, asthenia & malaise, fever, gynaecomastia, hypertonia & spasm. (eg cramps, localised pain, peripheral edema, shock & vasodilatation.)

交互作用 |
Imidazole antimycotics. Macrolides, danazol, omeprazole, methylprednisolone, rifampicin, amphotericin B, ibuprofen, cyclosporine, Drugs inhibiting the cytochrome P450 3A system, Drugs inducing the cytochrome P450 3A system, oral anticoagulants, oral antidiabetics, aminoglycosides.
