Treatment of HTN.
用量
150 mg once daily. May be increased to 300 mg once daily.
過量
View Rasilez[絡舒樂適] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
用法
May be taken with or without food (Take consistently w/ or w/o meals. Avoid taking w/ high-fat meals.).

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.

注意事項
Volume- or salt-depleted patients (eg. patients receiving high dose diuretics). Pregnancy & lactation.
Furosemide, cyclosporine. Concomitant use with K-sparing diuretics, K supplements, salt substitutes containing K or other drugs that increase K levels. Irbesartan, ketoconazole.
