適應症 |
Treatment & prophylaxis of angina pectoris. |
|
用量 |
0.6 mg sublingually or buccally at 1st sign of acute attack, may be repeated every 5 mins for 3 doses. Prophylaxis, 0.6 mg 5-10 mins prior to activity which may precipitate an attack. |

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

Severe anemia; raised intracranial pressure, early MI, patients taking sildenafil. |

注意事項 |
Vol depletion, low systolic BP. Paradoxical bradycardia & increased angina pectoris may accompany nitroglycerin-induced hypotension. May aggravate angina caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Pregnancy, lactation. |

不良反應 |
Headache, vertigo, weakness, palpitation & postural hypotension. Marked sensitivity to the hypotensive effects of nitrates (manifested by nausea, vomiting, weakness, diaphoresis, pallor & collapse). Flushing, drug rash & exfoliative dermatitis.

交互作用 |
A decrease in the therapeutic effect of sublingual nitroglycerin may result from use of nitrates & nitrites. Alcohol may cause hypotension. Observe for possible additive hypotensive effects when co-administer with antihypertensives, β-blockers or phenothiazines. Marked orthostatic hypotension has been reported when Ca-channel blockers. Aspirin may decrease the clearance & enhance the hemodynamic effects.
