Na- &/or vol-depleted patients, β-blocker w/drawal, severe renal impairment, renal artery stenosis, kidney transplantation, hepatic impairment, aortic & mitral valve stenosis, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, serum electrolyte changes, SLE, other metabolic disturbances.
