Special Precautions |
Patients w/ activated renin-angiotensin system who are receiving angiotensin receptor blockers; hepatic impairment or biliary obstructive disorders; CrCl <10 mL/min; aortic or mitral stenosis or obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Hyperkalaemia. Lactation.

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Nasopharyngitis, flu. Headache. Oedema (pitting, facial, peripheral), fatigue, flushing, asthenia, hot flush.
