Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take before meals.). |

Contraindications |
History of Quincke's edema, severe renal failure & serious liver disorder, hypokalemia. Pregnacy & lactation, childn. Allergy to sulfonamides. Avoid combinations w/ lithium, K salts, K-sparing diuretics & drugs which can cause heart rhythm disorders.

Special Precautions |
Liver impairment, electrolyte imbalance, diabetes, gout, hypotension or strict Na-free diet, heart or kidney failure, atherosclerosis, renal artery stenosis, elderly. May impair ability to drive or operate machines.

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Asthenia, dizziness, headache, mood &/or sleep disturbances, cramps, hypotension, rash, GI disturbances, dry cough, dry mouth, increased risk of dehydration in elderly & heart failure patients, changes in blood test results.

Drug Interactions |
Lithium, K salts, K-sparing diuretics, drugs which can cause heart rhythm disorders, anaesth, allopurinol, cytostatics or immunosuppressants, corticosteroids & antihypertensives. May give positive results in antidoping tests.
