1 tab/day as a single dose in the morning.

Administration |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take before meals.). |

Contraindications |
History of angioedema (Quincke's oedema), hereditary/idiopathic angioedema, severe renal & hepatic impairment, hepatic encephalopathy, hypokalaemia, combination w/ non-antiarrhythmic agents causing torsades de pointes, dialysis patients, untreated decompensated heart failure. Pregnancy, lactation.

Special Precautions |
Risk of neutropenia/agranulocytosis in immunocompromised patients. Dry cough, allergic patients treated w/ desensitisation, venom immunotherapy, patients undergoing dialysis w/ high-flux membranes or LDL apheresis w/ dextran sulfate adsorption, renal or hepatic impairment, IDDM, atherosclerosis, renal artery stenosis, hypotension, strict Na-free diet, surgery/anesth, aortic stenosis/hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. May increase tendency to gout attacks. Monitor plasma K & electrolyte levels, blood glucose in diabetics. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Childn & adolescent.

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Dry cough, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, epigastric pain, anorexia, abdominal pains, taste disturbance, change in blood tests results.

Drug Interactions |
Lithium, baclofen, NSAIDs, neuroleptics or TCAs, corticosteroids, tetracosactide, antihypertensives, K-sparing diuretics, insulin, hypoglycaemic sulfonamides, allopurinol, cystostatic or immunosuppressants, anesth, diuretics, sultopride. May give positive results in antidoping tests.
