•高血压：不要为患有高血压或患有血管疾病的高血压患者开处方。
•碳水化合物和脂质代谢影响：监测服用Minastrin 24Fe的糖尿病前期和糖尿病妇女。对于血脂异常不受控制的女性，可以考虑使用另一种避孕方法。
•头痛：评估头痛的明显变化，并根据需要停药。
•子宫出血：评估不规则出血或闭经。
不良反应

Ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone is a combination drug that contains female hormones that prevent ovulation(the release of an egg from an ovary).
This medication also causes changes in your cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and harder for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus. Ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone is used as contraception to prevent pregnancy.
Ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Minastrin 24 FE is a form of birth control containing a combination of two different hormones, one estrogen, and one progestin.It's primary function is to prevent the release of an egg during the menstrual cycle.It also makes it more difficult for sperm to reach any eggs by thickening the vaginal fluid and changes the uterine lining to prevent any fertilized eggs from attaching.
If an egg gets fertilized but doesn't attach to the uterine lining, it simply passes out of the body.
Minastrin 24 Fe is a combination of norethindrone, a progestin, and Ethinyl estradiol, an estrogen, which prevents the release of an egg from an ovary.
Minastrin 24 Fe also causes changes in cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus by making vaginal fluid thicker and for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus.
A fertilized egg passes out of the body if does not attach to the uterus. This medication is used as contraception to prevent pregnancy.
Apart from preventing pregnancy, Minastrin 24 Fe may decrease your risk of ovarian cysts, make periods more regular, treat acne, and decrease blood loss and painful periods.
