适应症
用于中枢性呼吸抑制及各种原因引起的呼吸抑制。
用法用量
皮下注射、肌内注射、静脉注射。
成人：常用量一次0.25～0.5g，必要时1～2小时重复用药，极量一次1.25g。
小儿：常用量6个月以下一次75mg，1岁一次0.125g，4～7岁一次0.175g。
禁忌
抽搐及惊厥患者禁用。
注意事项
作用时间短暂，应视病情间隔给药；运动员慎用
药物过量
中毒症状：兴奋不安、精神错乱、恶心、呕吐、头痛、出汗、抽搐、呼吸急促，同时可出现血压升高、心 悸、心律失常，呼吸麻痹而死亡。
处理：
1、出现惊厥时，可注射苯二氮䓬类或小剂量硫喷妥钠或苯巴比妥钠等控制。
2、静脉滴注10%葡萄糖注射液，促进排泄。
3、给予对症治疗和支持疗法。

Nikethamide
Nikethamide, also known as coramin, is mainly directly excited by the cerebral respiratory center. It also stimulates the carotid chemoreceptors and the reflex excitatory respiratory center, which can improve the sensitivity of the respiratory center to CO2. Breathing deepens faster.
It is safe, but a single intravenous injection lasts only a few minutes. Excessive amounts can cause blood pressure rise, tachycardia, muscle tremors and stiffness, cough, vomiting, and sweating. Because of its mild effect and large safety range, it is often used for central respiratory depression caused by various causes. Generally, intermittent intravenous injection is effective.
