操作注意事项
稳定性试验
使用最终包装产品（PTP包装和玫瑰填料）长期保存试验（室温，60个月）的结果，外观和内容等是规定的范围内，Imidoru糖衣丸（10）和所述糖衣丸（25）的通常为它已根据市场分布证实是三年稳定）。
适应病症
○抑郁症 - 抑郁，精神病区
○遗尿（白天，夜间）
用法用量
○抑郁症，抑郁症
成人；每日25-75毫克作为初始剂量，逐渐增加至划分口服给药1天200毫克。很少也提高到300毫克。此外，这取决于患者的年龄和症状用药。
○遗尿
（10mg）：婴幼儿的每日剂量为30mg（3片）一次，学校儿童；每天一次到两次，每次30-50毫克（3-5片）的量。
然而，适当增加或取决于病情和年龄减少。
（25mg）：婴幼儿，每日剂量为25mg（1片）一次，学校儿童将被口服一天一次给药或两次的25-50毫克（1-2片）的量。然而，适当增加或取决于病情和年龄减少。
药效药理
本品为三环类抗抑郁药，主要作用在于阻断中枢神经系统对去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺这二种神经递质的再摄取，从而使突触间隙中这二种神经递质浓度增高，发挥抗抑郁作用。本品还有抗胆碱，抗1肾上腺素受体及抗H1组胺受体作用，但对多巴胺受体影响甚小。

Indications:
Depressive mood disorders of a reactive, neurotic, or psychopathic nature.
Depressive syndromes due to arteriosclerosis, cerebrovascular accidents, Parkinson's disease, chronic somatic disease, chronic painful conditions and alcoholism.
Further indications Panic attacks, fever noctumus, nocturnal enuresis, chronic painful conditions.
Dosage and Administration:
Adults dosage: 25mg three times a day.
Children (8-12 years: Initially 25mg then a maximum dosage of 50mg one hour before bedtime in childhood Enuresis.
