药品简介
Rozex（Metronidazole）是一种基于强效抗生素甲硝唑的有效治疗酒渣鼻,红斑痤疮新药。使用简单； 只需每天涂抹两次。
药理作用
甲硝唑是一种抗原生动物和抗菌剂，对多种病原微生物具有活性。甲硝唑在酒渣鼻中的作用机制尚不清楚，但现有证据表明其作用可能是抗菌和/或抗炎。
适应症
Rozex Gel适用于治疗红斑痤疮的炎性丘疹、脓疱和红斑
用法与用量
剂量
仅用于局部给药。
平均治疗期为三至四个月。不应超过推荐的治疗时间。但是，如果已经证明有明显的益处，则处方医生可能会根据病情的严重程度考虑再继续治疗三到四个月。
在临床研究中，红斑痤疮的局部甲硝唑治疗已持续长达2年。如果没有明显的临床改善，应停止治疗。
老年人：老年人推荐剂量与成人推荐剂量相同。
儿科人群：不推荐。安全性和有效性尚未确定。
给药方法
Rozex Gel应该每天早晚两次，薄薄地涂抹在受影响的皮肤区域。需要处理的区域应在使用前用温和的清洁剂清洗。使用Rozex Gel后，患者可以使用不致粉刺和不收敛的化妆品。
禁忌症
对活性物质或列出的任何赋形剂过敏。

How to use Rozex
Rozex is usually applied in a thin layer to the affected areas of skin every morning and evening, after the area has first been washed.
Treatment is usually recommended for three to four months. However, the doctor may consider extending the duration of treatment for a further three or four months or more if you are responding well and it's considered necessary. If the cream or gel is not showing any benefits after the first three to four months, you should discuss this with the doctor so that the treatment can be reviewed.
