适应症和用法
推荐奥拉帕尼治疗复发的、铂类敏感的卵巢癌，输卵管癌或携带BRCA1或BRCA2突变以及铂类为主化疗发生缓解的卵巢/输卵管癌症患者。
奥拉帕尼仅推荐用于已接受三个及以上疗程的铂类为主的化疗的患者.
用法用量
•推荐的剂量是每天服用两次400毫克。
•继续治疗直至疾病进展或不可接受的毒性。
•对于不良反应，考虑治疗或减少剂量的剂量中断。

警告和注意事项
•骨髓增生异常综合征/急性髓系白血病(MDS/AML)患者发生接触Lynparza，有些情况下是致命的。监测患者的血液学毒性在基线和此后每月。如果MDS/AML确认停止。
•肺炎：患者发生接触Lynparza olaparib，有些情况下是致命的。中断治疗，如果肺炎之嫌。如果肺炎确认停止。
•胚胎胎儿毒性：Lynparza olaparib可引起胎儿危害。奉劝女性的潜在风险繁殖潜力的一个胎儿，避免怀孕。
不良反应
•最常见的不良反应(≥20%)的临床试验是贫血，恶心，乏力(包括乏力)，呕吐，腹泻，味觉障碍，消化不良，头痛，食欲下降，鼻咽炎/咽炎/ URI，咳嗽，关节痛/肌肉骨骼痛，肌痛，背部疼痛，皮炎/皮疹和腹痛/不适。
•最常见的实验室检查异常(≥25%)为提高肌酐，平均红细胞体积升高，降低血红蛋白，降低淋巴细胞，减少中性粒细胞绝对计数，并减少血小板。
药物相互作用
•CYP3A抑制剂：避免同时使用强和中度CYP3A酶抑制剂。如果不能避免的抑制剂，减少剂量。
•CYP3A诱导剂：避免同时使用强和中度CYP3A诱导剂。如果不能避免适度CYP3A诱导剂，应了解对于降低功效的潜力。
特殊人群中使用

What is the Indications & Usage of Lynparza:
Lynparza is prescription medicine for patients as monotherapy for women who are suffering from suspected deleterious or deleterious germline BRCA mutated ( as detected by an FDA-approved test). It is used in treatment of patients who are suffering from advanced ovarian cancer and they have been treated with three or more earlier lines of chemotherapy.
The indication is agreed under swift approval based on duration of response and on an objective response rate. The continues agreement for this indicator might be contingent upon description and verification of clinical benefit in confirmatory trials.
Usage:
Lynparza has to be taken 2 times a day.
Lynparza has to be swallowed as a whole capsule, it should not be chewed or dissolved or open the capsule.
Lynparza capsule should not be taken if it looks damaged or it shows the signs of leakage.
If you have missed the Lynparza dosage, then you should not take the missed dosage. You have to take your next dosage on its scheduled time. Extra dosage should not be taken up for missed dose.
If you have taken too much of Lynparza then you have to immediately consult with your healthcare provider or visit nearby emergency room.
When you take Lynparza capsule you should avoid grapefruit juice, grapefruit and seville oranges while under going treatment with Lynparza. As grapefruit and seville oranges will increase the Lynparza in your blood
How supplied/ storage and handling
Storage
Lynparza has to be stored at room temperature between 20 to 25°C(68 to 77°F).
Lynparza should not be stored in temperature that is greater than 40°C(104°F). And you should avoid taking Lynparza if you think that it has been stored at temperature greater than 40°C(104°F).
