近日，美国FDA批准美国Actelion制药公司的皮肤导向治疗（MF-CTCL）烷基化药物，氮芥外用制剂VALCHLOR gel（mechlorethamine）凝胶上市，治疗患者以阶段IA和IB蕈样肉芽肿型皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。Valchlor在美国获得孤儿药地位。

剂量形式和强度
凝胶：60g管中的0.016％w/w的乙草胺（相当于0.02％的乙草胺HCl）。
禁忌症
对甲氧乙胺严重过敏。
警告和注意事项
粘膜或眼部损伤：VALCHLOR暴露于粘膜（尤其是眼睛）会引起粘膜损伤，这种损伤可能很严重。眼睛受伤可能导致失明。立即灌溉至少15分钟，然后立即就医。
二次接触VALCHLOR：患者以外的个人必须避免皮肤与VALCHLOR接触。
皮肤炎：监视患者是否发红，肿胀，发炎，发痒，起水泡，溃疡和继发性皮肤感染。停止治疗或减少用药频率。
非黑色素瘤皮肤癌：在治疗期间和之后监视患者。
胚胎胎儿毒性：可能引起胎儿伤害。

不良反应
最常见的不良反应（≥5％）是皮炎，瘙痒，细菌性皮肤感染，皮肤溃疡或起泡以及色素沉着。
包装供应/存储和处理方式
VALCHLOR以60g管的形式提供，为0.016％w/w甲氧乙胺的透明凝胶[NDC 69639-120-01]。
分配之前，将其存放在-13°F至5°F（-25°C至-15°C）的冰箱中。告知患者，一旦分配，需要冷藏。

Valchlor is a gel formulation of trichloroethylamine, an alkylating agent that inhibits rapidly proliferating cells.
Valchlor is specifically used to locally treat stage IA and type IB fungal pathogenic skin T-cell lymphomas in patients who have received skin-directed therapy.
Valchlor is provided as a gel for topical administration.It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Valchlor gel to the affected skin area daily. After improvement, treatment with Valchlor can be restarted at a reduced frequency every 3 days. If the reintroduction of the treatment lasts for at least one week, the frequency of application can be increased by at least one week every other day, and then once a day if permitted.
