薬効薬理
1. 薬理作用

(1) 動物移植性腫瘍に対する抗腫瘍効果6)
本剤はマウスのP-1534白血病、S-180腹水型腫瘍及びB-82A白血病に対して著明な生存日数の延長をもたらし、また、マウスのRidgeway骨肉腫に対しても、明らかな腫瘍増殖抑制効果を示した。

(2) 細胞学的効果7),8)
細胞の有糸分裂の中期に紡錘体へ作用し、典型的な中期停止（metaphase arrest）像を示す。
2. 作用機序9)
本剤の作用機序の詳細はまだ明らかにされていないが、紡錘体を形成している微小管のチュブリンに結合することにより、細胞周期を分裂中期で停止させると考えられている。

About the additional approval of the efficacy / effect of 1 mg for oncovine injection (generic name: vincristine sulfate) as an antineoplastic agent
Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, President: Akira Bandai "Nippon Kayaku") has been engaged in publicly known applications * 1 anticancer agent "Oncovine Injection 1 mg" (generic name: vincristine sulfate ) Today, we obtained approval to add indications and effects of "pheochromocytoma" by administration of cyclophosphamide hydrate, dacarbazine, in combination with three drugs from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
For "Oncobine® Injection 1 mg", based on the additional indication of efficacy/effect on "pheochromocytoma" of this drug from academic societies and patient associations, the "medical necessity" held on October 3, 2012 A high report on the suitability for publicly-known applications was created at the Highly Approved Drug/Non-Adverse Drug Consideration Conference * 2.
