2. 消化管陰性造影
磁気共鳴胆道膵管撮像予定の患者を対象とした試験（第III相試験）において、クエン酸鉄アンモニウム1,200mgを水150mLに溶かし経口投与した39例での胆道膵管描出能の有効率は無投与時0％（0/39例）及び投与時97.4％（38/39例）であり、投与時の無投与時に対する優越性が検証された。

薬効薬理

本剤は、水溶液中で水プロトン信号をT1強調画像では増強、T２強調画像では低下させることによりコントラスト増強効果を発揮する3,4）。

一般名

クエン酸鉄アンモニウム

性状

赤褐色、深赤色、褐色又は帯褐黄色の結晶又は結晶性粉末で、においはないか、又はわずかにアンモニア臭があり、塩味及び弱い鉄味がある。
水に極めて溶けやすく、エタノール（95）又はジエチルエーテルにほとんど溶けない。
水溶液（1→20）のpHは5.0～8.0である。

"Ferritzel ® dispersion 20%"

(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Taro Iwamoto) announced that "20% Feliscelt® 20%" as an oral gastrointestinal contrast agent for MRI Gastrointestinal Negative Imaging at Capture of the Biliary Tract Pancreas in Abdominal Magnetic Resonance Computerized Tomography "We acquired additional indication of the indication and dosage of the gastrointestinal contrast imaging on March 12, 2010.
"Ferry cellulose dispersion 20%" was an oral gastrointestinal contrast agent for MRI developed by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It was released in September 1993. In addition to conventional indications of gastrointestinal tract (stomach, duodenum, jejunum) as well as additional approval of indications and dosages, dosage regimen, dosage regimen, biliary tract · pancreatic duct related by biliary tract ductography (MRCP *) It is expected to be useful for diagnosis of disease and contribute to treatment.
* MRCP: Magnetic Resonance cholangiopancreatography
MRCP is an examination method that non-invasively depicts biliary tract / pancreatic duct by one of abdominal MRI examination. Before imaging, two capsules of "Ferry cellulose dispersion 20%" are dissolved in 150 mL of water and orally administered, so that the bile duct / pancreatic duct can be clearly visualized.
