药用药理学
1. 支持疗效的药理学测试
大鼠慢性关节炎模型的药用特性
甲氨蝶酯用于胶原蛋白关节炎，0.05和0.1mg/kg /天剂量和0.6~1.2mg/kg/周3周分管，反复施用扩大后肢肿胀抑制，改善体重增加抑制，显示这种骨破坏抑制的效果。

*风湿性关节炎
通常，每周单位和6mg的剂量作为甲氨蝶酯，口服通过将每周单位的剂量分成一两到三次。通过除以施用时，从第一天到第二天以12小时为间隔施用。在一两次分管剩余6天的情况下，其余5天分期3天暂停。 每周重复一次。
