【药理作用】对吉田氏肉瘤、AH-130腹水型肝癌、佐藤氏肺癌（大鼠）、S-180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌、Colon 26（小鼠）等各种皮下移植肿瘤，以及人胃癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、胰腺癌、肾脏癌皮下移植肿瘤（裸鼠）具有抑制肿瘤增殖的作用。此外，替吉奥胶囊对Lewis肺癌肺转移模型及L5178Y肝转移模型（小鼠）具有延长存活期的作用，对人胃癌、大肠癌细胞移植模型（裸鼠）具有抑制肿瘤增殖的作用。
【适应症】胃癌、結腸・直腸癌、頭頸部癌、非小細胞肺癌、手術不能又は再発乳癌、膵癌、胆道癌。
【用法用量】
单独用药：通常，应按下表中的体表面积计算成人首次给药剂量的基准量（1次剂量），一天2次，于早饭 后和晚饭后各服1次，连服28天，之后停药14天。此为一个周期（42天），可以反复进行。
【注意事项】
（1）有骨髓抑制患者[可能会加重骨髓抑制]；
（2）肾功能障碍患者[因5-FU分解代谢酶抑制剂-吉美嘧啶经尿排泄明显降低时可能导致5-FU的血药浓度升高从而加重骨髓抑制等不良反应；
（3）有肝功能异常的患者[可能会加重肝功能异常]；
（4）有感染性疾病的患者[感染性疾病可能会因骨髓抑制而加重]；
（5）糖耐量异常的患者[可能会加重糖耐量异常]；
（6）间质性肺炎或既往有间质性肺炎史的患者[可能导致症状加重或病情进展]；
（7）有心脏病患者或心脏病史的患者[可能会加重症状]；
（8）有消化道溃疡或出血的患者[可能会加重症状]。

About action and effect
It is converted to fluorouracil (anticancer drug) in the body, it increases its concentration, enhances antitumor effect, reduces gastrointestinal toxicity (side effects).
It is usually used for the treatment of stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck cancer, non small cell lung cancer, inoperable or recurrent breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and biliary tract cancer.
Usage notes
I have used all medicine before and it has been allergic symptoms such as itching and rash. Myelosuppression (leukocyte count, etc. is low), renal disorder, liver disorder, infection, diabetes, interstitial pneumonia or past, heart disease or previous history, gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding. This medicine was changed from fluoride pyrimidine type drugs.

Regarding dosage and dose
Normally, adults will receive 40 mg once a day for tegafur as less than 1.25 m 2 according to the initial body surface area, 50 mg once for less than 1.25 - 1.5 m 2, 60 mg once a day for more than 1.5 m 2 after breakfast and after dinner 28 Take it for the day continuously, and then rest for 14 days.
