适应症
胃肠癌（胃癌，结肠直肠癌），乳腺癌缓解主客观症状
剂量和给药方法
在分替加氟800毫克〜每天1200毫克2-4次，每日剂量通常口服给药。年龄，根据症状进行调整。
在利用根据在单独使用时，体重减轻酌情其它抗肿瘤剂或放射组合的情况下。
薬効薬理
1. 抗肿瘤効果
Walker-256，吉田肉瘤，AH-130（大鼠）和肉瘤180，艾氏瘤（小鼠）示出针对不同的皮下植入的肿瘤的肿瘤生长的抑制效果，如，还淋巴结转移和肺的实验肿瘤植入压抑的过渡。另外，发现对人类直肠癌皮下移植瘤（裸鼠）的效果。

替加氟的抗肿瘤效果是基于5-FU的是逐渐在体内转化。
动作的5-FU的机制FdUMP活性代谢物是拮抗转储，并且通过抑制胸苷酸合成酶，这是造成由所述RNA由FUTP的功能障碍抑制DNA的合成的取成RNA据认为，（体外）。
