Effects of this medicine
This medicine is injected intravenously as test agent to take pictures of a fluorescence spectrum of indocyanine green from eye ground.
It is usually used for chorioretinal angiography in case of diagnosis of choroidretinal disease under retinal pigment epithelium or bleeding.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have allergic predisposition.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

•This medicine is used for the examination of diagnosis of chorioretinal disease.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, hives, and fever. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, see your doctor immediately.
•oral numbness, nausea, chest distress [shock, anaphylaxis]

Storage conditions and other information
•If you have pain in the blood vessel at the injection site, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•This medicine may affect the thyroid radioactive iodine uptake test. You should receive the examination after more than 1 week if necessary.
