禁忌 |
Severe hypersensitivity to polyoxyethylated castor oil-containing agents. Patients who have a neutrophil count <1500 cells/mm3 or platelet count <100,000 cells/mm3, AST or ALT >2.5 x ULN or bilirubin >1 x ULN. |

注意事項 |
Monitor for symptoms of neuropathy. Severe neutropenia or thrombocytopenia; hepatic impairment, cardiac disorders. Pregnancy & lactation. Children. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. |

不良反應 |
Peripheral sensory neuropathy, fatigue/asthenia, myalgia/arthralgia, alopecia, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis/mucositis, diarrhea & musculoskeletal pain. Combination therapy: Palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome, anorexia, abdominal pain, nail disorder & constipation.

Ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, amprenavir, rifampicin, rifabutin, indinavir, nelfinavir, delavirdine, voriconazole; erythromycin,fluconazole,verapamil; dexamethasone, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampin, phenobarb; St. John's wort; grapefruit juice.
