成份

Lidocaine HCl

適應症

Local anesth in bronchoscopy, bronchography, laryngoscopy, oesophagoscopy, endotracheal intubation, & biopsy in the mouth & throat.

用量

Adult 2-7.5 mL (80-300 mg lidocaine); up to 400 mg may be administered during prolonged (> 5 mins) procedures. With applications mainly to the larynx, trachea & bronchi, the dose should not exceed 5 mL (200 mg lidocaine). When inhaled from a nebulizer, 5-10 mL (200-400 mg lidocaine HCl) may be used.

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1^st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters).

注意事項

Wounds or traumatized mucosa in the region of the proposed application; partial or complete heart block; elderly or debilitated patients; advanced liver disease or severe renal dysfunction; patients on anti-arrhythmic drugs class III (e.g. amiodarone).

Rarely, allergic reactions, CNS excitation or depression, hypotension, bradycardia.
