適應症 |
Active immunisation against hepatitis B virus infection. |

用量 |
IM inj Adult ≥ 20 years 20-mcg dose. Neonates, infant & children up to 19 years 10-mcg dose. Primary immunization 1 dose at 0, 1, 6 months (standard schedule) or 0, 1, 2 months followed by 4th dose at 12 months after 3rd dose (accelerated schedule). Adult ≥ 20 years Rapid induction: 0, 7, 21 days followed by a 4th dose at 12 months after 1st dose. 11-15 years 20 mcg at 0, 6 months. Schedule should be used only when there is a low risk of hepatitis B infection during the vaccination course & when completion of the 2-dose vaccination course can be assured. Patients with renal insufficiency/undergoing hemodialysis 2 x 20 mcg at elected date then 1, 2, 6 months from date of 1st dose. Known or presumed HBV exposure 1 dose at 0, 1, 2-12 months. Neonates born of HBV-carrier mothers 10 mcg starting at birth at 0, 1, 2 months or 0, 1, 6 months. |

注意事項 |
Delay immunization in severe acute febrile illness. Patients with renal impairment/undergoing hemodialysis, HIV infection or impaired immune system. Do not administer intravascularly or intradermally. Pregnancy & lactation. |

不良反應 |
Anorexia, irritation, headache, drowsiness, GI disturbances. Inj site reactions including pain, redness, fatigue, swelling. Depression, fever.
