用量 |
Hairy cell leukemia Induction: 3 MIU daily SC or IM for 16-24 weeks. Maintenance: 3 MIU 3 times weekly. Cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) Adult > 18 years Days 1-3: 3 MIU daily, days 4-6: 9 MIU daily, days 7-84: 18 MIU daily. Maintenance: SC or IM 3 times/week at the max dose acceptable to the patient, but not >18 MIU. AIDS-related Kaposi's sarcoma Days 1-3: 3 MIU daily, days 4-6: 9 MIU daily, days 7-9: 18 MIU daily &, if tolerated, increase to days 10-84: 36 MIU daily. Maintenance: SC or IM 3 times/week at the max dose acceptable to the patient, but not >36 MIU. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) Patients ≥ 18 years SC or IM for 8-12 weeks. Treat until complete hematological remission is achieved, although not >18 months. Days 1-3: 3 MIU daily, days 4-6: 6 MIU daily, day 7-84: 9 MIU daily. Chronic active hepatitis B 4.5 MIU 3 times/week SC or IM for 6 months. Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) Monotherapy: Days 1-3: 3 MIU daily, days 4-6: 9 MIU daily, days 7-9: 18 MIU daily &, if tolerated, increase to days 10-84: 36 MIU daily. Maintenance: SC or IM 3 times/week at the max dose acceptable to the patient, but not > 36 MIU. Combination therapy with vinblastine: Initially 18 MIU 3 times/wk SC or IM for 12 weeks. Chronic hepatitis C Initially 6 MIU 3 times/week SC or IM for 3 months. Maintenance: 3 MIU 3 times/week for 3 months. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) 3 MIU 3 times/week SC or IM for > 12 weeks. Condylomata acuminata 3 MIU 3 times/week SC or IM for 1-2 months. |

Hypersensitivity; severe cardiac disease; severe renal or hepatic disease; epilepsy &/or compromised CNS function. |

注意事項 |
Severe myelosuppression. Hypoglycaemia. |
|
不良反應 |
Flu-like symptom, anorexia, nausea, CNS effects, neuropathy, tremor, CV disorders, re-exacerbation of herpes labialis & other skin & mucous membrane disorders, proteinuria, transient leucopenia, chronic hepatitis C.
