適應症 |
Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible strains of the following organisms: Corynebacterium spp, Micrococcus luteus, Staph aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staph hemolyticus, Staph hominis, Staph warneri, Strep pneumoniae, Strep viridans group, Acinetobacter lwoffii, H influenzae, H parainfluenzae, Chlamydia trachomatis. |

用量 |
Instill 1 drop in the affected eye tid for 7 days. |

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

注意事項 |
Do not inject subconjunctivally; nor should it be introduced directly into the anterior chamber of the eyes. Superinfection. Do not wear contact lenses if signs & symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis are present. Avoid prolonged use. Pregnancy & lactation. Children <1 year. |

不良反應 |
Conjunctivitis, decreased visual acuity, dry eye, keratitis, ocular discomfort, ocular hyperemia, ocular pain, ocular pruritus, subconjunctival hemorrhage, & tearing. Nonocular adverse events included fever, increased cough, infection, otitis media, pharyngitis, rash & rhinitis.
