Adult ≥ 60 kg 400 mg once daily, < 60 kg 250 mg once daily. |

用法 |
Should be taken on an empty stomach (Take on an empty stomach ½ hr before or 2 hr after meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.). |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

Patients with phenylketonuria, renal impairment, hepatic impairment, hyperuricemia & patients on Na-restricted diets. |

不良反應 |
Pancreatitis, peripheral neuropathy, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, lactic acidosis, severe hepatomegaly with steatosis, retinal depigmentation, chills & fever.

交互作用 |
Co-administration with drugs that are known to cause peripheral neuropathy or pancreatitis may increase the risk of these toxicities. Allopurinol, ganciclovir, methadone, tenofovir, ribavirin.
