Inhalation cap Inhale the contents of 1 cap once daily with the HandiHaler inhalation device at the same time of day. Inhaler Inhale 2 consecutive puffs once daily with Respimat inhalation device at the same time of day. |

Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. |

注意事項 |
Not for initial treatment of acute episodes of bronchospasm. Narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia or bladder-neck obstruction. Moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl ≤ 50 mL/min). Avoid contact with eyes. Pregnancy, lactation. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. |

不良反應 |
Dry mouth (mild). Infrequently dizziness, vision blurred, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, palpitations, dysphonia, cough, throat irritation, oral candidiasis, gastrooesophageal reflux disease & dysphagia, pruritus, dysuria and urinary retention.
