成份 Repaglinide
適應症 Type 2 diabetes (NIDDM) whose hyperglycaemia is not controlled satisfactorily by diet, weight reduction & exercise. NovoNorm can be used in combination with metformin.
用量 Initially 0.5 mg, max single dose: 4 mg. Max: 16 mg/day.
過量 View NovoNorm[諾和隆] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
用法 Should be taken with food (Take within 15 mins of meals.).

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Drugs should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus. 
禁忌 Type 1 diabetes. Diabetic ketoacidosis with or without coma. Pregnancy, lactation. Children <12 years. Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction. Concomitant therapy with medicinal products which are CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers.
注意事項 Patients >75 years.
不良反應 Hypoglycaemia, transient visual disturbances, GI disturbances. Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin.

交互作用 MAOIs, non-selective β-blockers, ACE inhibitors, NSAIDs, salicylates, octreotide, alcohol & anabolic steroids. OCs, thiazides, corticosteroids, danazol, thyroid hormones & sympathomimetics, sulfonylureas, gemfibrozil.
