成份 Gliclazide
適應症 NIDDM (type 2) in the adult when dietary measures & weight control alone are not sufficient to control blood glucose levels.
用量 30-120 mg taken once daily. Max: 120 mg daily. .
過量 View Diamicron[岱蜜克龍] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
用法 Should be taken with food (MR tab: Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.).
禁忌 Type 1 diabetes, diabetic keto-acidosis or diabetic pre-coma, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, co-administration with miconazole, pregnancy, lactation. Avoid coadministration with phenylbutazone or danazol.

注意事項 Hepatic &/or renal impairment. Control of blood glucose levels may be reduced by fever, trauma, infection or surgical intervention.
不良反應 Hypoglycemia, nausea, dyspepsia, diarrhea, constipation.

交互作用 Avoid coadministration with miconazole, phenylbutazone, alcohol, danazol. β-blockers, fluconazole, chlorpromazine, glucocorticoids, ritodrine, salbutamol, terbutaline.
