適應症 |
Emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. |
|
用量 |
Adult IV 50-100 mg (1-2 mg/kg) slow IV within 1-2 mins. If no effect is observed after the 1st inj, the same dose may be repeated after 5 mins. May repeat at 10-20 min intervals but not > 300 mg during a 1-hr period. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

禁忌 |
Complete AV block. Hypersensitivity to amide local anesth. |

注意事項 |
Mild conduction impairment, significant sinus bradycardia. Hypovolemic patients, shock, heart failure. Severe hepatic/renal impairment. Elderly, pregnancy, lactation. |

不良反應 |
Conduction block, shock. Rarely malignant hyperthermia. Confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, euphoria, vomiting, numbness.

交互作用 |
Prolong QT interval with disopyramide & terfenadine. Suppress or delay lidocaine metabolism when combined with metoprolol, propranolol, cimetidine. Ritonavir may increase plasma concentration of lidocaine.
