成份 Carboplatin
適應症 Ovarian cancer.
用量 As single agent in previously treated patients: 360 mg/m2 IV repeated every 4 weeks. In combination with cyclophosphamide (600 mg/m2 in treatment-naive patients: 300 mg/m2 IV repeated every 4 weeks for 6 cycles. Adjust subsequent doses based on WBC & platelet counts.

Category D: There is positive evidence of human foetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk (e.g., if the drug is needed in a life-threatening situation or for a serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective). 
禁忌 Hypersensitivity to platinum compounds or mannitol. Severe myelosuppression & severe hemorrhage. Pregnancy & lactation.
注意事項 Peripheral blood counts, renal & neurological function to be monitored closely.
不良反應 Hematologic & GI disturbances, peripheral neuropathies, ototoxicity, CNS toxicity. Electrolyte imbalance. Pain, fatigue, CV disturbances, respiratory disturbances, hypersensitivity, GUT disturbances, alopecia.
