適應症 Relief of the signs & symptoms of osteoarthritis & RA. Management of acute pain & treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. To reduce the number of adenomatous colorectal polyps in familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), as an adjunct to usual care. Ankylosing spondylitis.
用量 Adult Osteoarthritis 200 mg daily. RA 100-200 mg bid. Management of acute pain & treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea 400 mg initially, followed by an additional 200 mg dose if needed on the 1st day. Maintenance: 200 mg bid. FAP 400 mg bid to be taken. Ankylosing spondylitis 200 mg daily as single or divided doses. If no effect observed after 6 weeks, may increase dose to 400 mg daily.
過量 View Celebrex[希樂葆] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
用法 May be taken with or without food (Doses for OA/RA may be given w/ or without meals, but doses for FAP must be given w/ meals.).

Category C: Either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. Category D: There is positive evidence of human foetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk (e.g., if the drug is needed in a life-threatening situation or for a serious disease for which safer drugs cannot be used or are ineffective). 
禁忌 Hypersensitivity to sulfonamides. Patients in whom aspirin or other NSAIDs induce symptoms of asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions.

注意事項 Patients with a prior history of ulcer disease or GI bleeding, elderly or debilitated patients, renal or hepatic impairment, dehydration, fluid retention, hypertension, heart failure, preexisting asthma. Concomitant therapy with oral corticosteroids or anticoagulants.
不良反應 Abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, peripheral edema, dizziness, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, upper respiratory tract infection, rash.
