適應症 |
Spasticity of the arm in adult patients following a stroke; dynamic equinus foot deformity due to spasticity in pediatric cerebral palsy patients ≥2 years; spasmodic torticollis in adults; blepharospasm in adults; hemifacial spasm in adults; treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines. |

用量 |
Pediatric cerebral palsy spasticity Children ≥ 2 years 30 u/kg body weight as a divided dose between both calf muscles. Max: 1000 u/patient. Spasmodic torticollis Initially 500 u given in a divided dose & administered to the 2-3 most active neck muscles. Bilateral blepharospasm Initially 120 u/eye repeated every 8 weeks or as required. Hemifacial spasm Treat as for unilateral blepharospasm, with other affected facial muscles each being injected as needed. Post stroke: Arm spasticity: Recommended dose is 1000 u in total distributed amongst five muscles: BB (300-400 u); FDP (150 u); FDS (150-250 u); FCU (150 u); PCR (150 u). Glabellar lines 10 u (0.05 mL) IM into each of these 5 sites: 2 in each corrugator muscle & 1 into the procerus muscle for a total dose of 50 u. |

不良反應 |
Local weakness of skeletal muscles, urinary incontinence, inj site pain, dysphagia, dry mouth, voice changes, generalised weakness & visual disturbances (including diplopia & blurred vision), skin rash, flu-like symptoms, ptosis, keratitis, dry eyes, minor bruising & lid swelling.
