As dual combination with metformin or a thiazolidinedione 50 mg bid. In combination with a sulfonylurea 50 mg once daily. |

May be taken with or without food |

禁忌 |
Type 1 DM, diabetic ketoacidosis. Hepatic impairment. Moderate to severe renal impairment. End-stage renal disease on hemodialysis. CHF patients with NYHA functional class III-IV. Children < 18 years. Patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Pregnancy & lactation. |

注意事項 |
Monitor for skin disorders such as blistering or ulceration. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. |

不良反應 |
Combination with metformin: hypoglycemia, tremor, headache, dizziness, nausea. Combination with sulfonylurea: hypoglycemia, tremor, headache, dizziness, asthenia. Combination with thiazolidinedione: weight increase, peripheral edema.

交互作用 |
As with other oral antidiabetic medicinal products, the hypoglycemic effect may be reduced by thiazides, corticosteroids, thyroid products & sympathomimetics.
