成份	Per 1 L Soya bean oil 60 g, MCT 60 g, olive oil 50 g, fish oil (rich in omega-3-acids) 30 g. Energy: 2000 kCal.
適應症	Parenteral nutrition for adult, when oral or enteral nutrition is impossible, insufficient or contra-indicated.
用量	*Adult* 1- 2 g fat (5-10 mL)/kg body weight/day. Infusion rate: 0.125 g fat (0.63 mL)/kg body weight/hr, & should not exceed 0.15 g fat (0.75 mL)/kg body weight/hr.Neonates & infants0.5-1 g fat/kg body weight/day, & should not exceed 3 g fat/kg body weight/day. The rate of infusion should not exceed to 0.125 g fat/kg body weight/hr.Childrenshould not exceed 2 g fat/kg body weight/d.The rate of infusion should not exceed to 0.15 g fat/kg body weight/hr.
過量	View SMOFlipid[斯莫脂肪] overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.
禁忌	Hypersensitivity to fish, egg, soya or peanut protein. Severe hyperlipidemia, severe liver insufficiency, severe blood coagulation disorders, severe renal insufficiency without access to hemofiltration or dialysis, acute shock. Acute pulmonary edema, hyperhydration, decompensated cardiac insufficiency. Unstable conditions (e.g. severe post-traumatic conditions, uncompensated DM, acute MI, stroke, embolism, metabolic acidosis & severe sepsis & hypotonic dehydration).
注意事項	Monitor triglycerides & blood glucose level. Concentration of triglycerides in serum should not exceed 3 mmol/l during infusion. Conditions of impaired lipid metabolism in patients with renal failure, DM, pancreatitis, liver impairment, hypothyroidism & sepsis.
