適應症 |
Monotherapy or in combination with methotrexate or other DMARDs for reducing of the signs & symptoms & to inhibit the progression of structural damage in adult patients with moderately to severely active RA. Monotherapy or in combination with other DMARDs for reducing the signs & symptoms of active arthritis in patients with psoriatic arthritis. Reduction of signs & symptoms in patients with active ankylosing spondylitis. Reduction of signs & symptoms & inducing & maintaining clinical remission in adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease who have had an inadequate response to conventional therapy or if they have also lost response to or are intolerant to infliximab. Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy & when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. Reduction of the signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) in patients 13-17 years. |

用量 |
Adult RA, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis Single dose of 40 mg SC every other week. If not taking concomitantly with methotrexate, increasing the dosing frequency to 40 mg weekly may derive additional benefit. Crohn's disease 160 mg initially at day 1 (as four 40-mg inj in 1 day or as two 40-mg inj/day for 2 consecutive days), followed by 80 mg 2 weeks later (day 15). Another 2 weeks later (day 29) begin a maintenance dose of 40 mg every other week. Patients who experience decrease in their response may benefit from an increase in dose intensity to 40 mg every week. Plaque psoriasis Initially 80 mg, followed by 40 mg given every other week starting 1 week after the initial dose. |

Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |

注意事項 |
Do not initiate therapy in patients with active infections (chronic or localized). Screen for both active & inactive TB infection before initiation of therapy. History of recurring infections or conditions which predispose patient to infections; preexisting or recent-onset CNS demyelinating disorders. All patients, & in particular patients with a medical history of extensive immunosuppressant therapy or psoriasis patients with a history of PUVA treatment should be examined for the presence of non-melanoma skin cancer prior to & during treatment. Avoid concurrent administration of live vaccines. Heart failure. Pregnancy, lactation. |

Inj site reactions; pyrexia, fatigue (including asthenia & malaise); lower resp infections (including pneumonia, bronchitis), viral infections (including influenza, herpes infections), candidiasis, bacterial infections (including UTI), upper resp infection; lymphopenia; dizziness (including vertigo), headache, neurologic sensation disorders (including paraesthesias); eye infection, eye irritation or inflammation; cough, nasopharyngeal pain; diarrhea, abdominal pain, stomatitis & mouthulceration, nausea; hepatic enzymes increased; rash, dermatitis & eczema, pruritus, hair loss; musculoskeletal pain.
