Dosage |
Childn & adolescents 9-17 yr, women 18-26 yr 3 separate 0.5-mL IM doses according to the following schedules: 1st dose: At elected date; 2nd dose: 2 mth after the 1st dose; 3rd dose: 6 mth after the 1st dose.

Special Precautions |
Not for treatment of active genital warts; cervical, vulvar or vag cancers; CIN, VIN or VaIN. Impaired immune response; thrombocytopenia or any coagulation disorder. Pregnancy, childn <9 yr, adult >26 yr. Do not inject intravascularly, SC & intradermal.

Pregnancy Category (US FDA) |
Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters). |
