Indications |
Relief of symptoms associated w/ allergic rhinitis & chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults & childn ≥6 yr.

Dosage |
Adult & childn ≥12 yr 60 mg bid or 180 mg once daily. Decreased renal function 60 mg once daily. Childn 6-11 yr 30 mg bid. A dose of 30 mg once daily is recommended as the starting dose in patients w/ decreased renal function.
