Indications |
Acute & chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated w/ abnormal mucus secretion & impaired mucus transport. |

Dosage |
Mucosolvan tab Adult 1 tab tid or 2 tab bid. Mucosolvan liqd Adult & childn >12 yr 10 mL bid, 6-12 yr 5 mL bid-tid, 2-6 yr 2.5 mL tid. 1-2 yr 2.5 mL bid. Dosage may be ½ after 14 days. Mucosolvan PL cap Adult 1 cap daily. |

Administration |
Should be taken with food (Take after meals. Retard cap: Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.). |

Special Precautions |
Rare hereditary fructose (for Mucosolvan liqd) or galactose (for Mucosolvan tab) intolerance. Severe skin lesions eg Stevens-Johnson syndrome & Lyell's syndrome. |

Adverse Drug Reactions |
Mild GI effects & allergic reactions.
