药效药理
钾是细胞内主要的电解质，涉及到细胞膜电位的形成、调节酸碱基平衡、保持渗透压等，在神经兴奋和各组织细胞内代谢中发挥着重要作用。
钾元素是一种组织转移性以及生物利用性较好的钾盐。
适应症
钾在以下疾病或状态下
降压利尿剂，副肾皮质激素，强担忧糖体，胰岛素，一种抗生素
●低钾血症型周期性四肢麻痹
●心脏病时的低钾状态
●严重呕吐、腹泻、钾元素摄取量不足及手术后
用法与用量
作为L-asiana酸钾，通常成人1次稀释1.71~5.14g(10~30mEq:本药剂1 ~ 3管)日本药局方注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、生理食盐液或其他适当的稀释剂。点滴静脉内注射的液浓度小于0.68w/v %(钾为40meq /L)，以1分钟不超过8ml的速度进行点滴静脉内注射。
一天的用水量不超过17.1g(钾为100meq:本药剂10管)。
另外，根据年龄、症状适当增减。

Dosage regimen
• Dilute 1.71 to 5.14 g (10 to 30 mEq as potassium) once as potassium L-aspartate with Japanese Pharmacopoeia Water for Injection, 5% dextrose injection, physiological saline or other suitable diluent
• Dose intravenously injected at a rate not exceeding 8 mL per minute with the concentration of the solution being 0.68 w / v% (40 mEq / L as potassium) or less
• Daily dosage should not exceed 17.1 g (100 mEq as potassium)
