作用与用途：临床上用于血管痉挛性疾病，用于室性早搏亦有效。
用法与用量
1．治血管痉挛性疾病肌注或静注，每次5—10mg，20—30分钟后可按需要重复给药。
2．抗休克以0．3mg／分钟的剂量进行静滴。
3．室性早掳开始两天，每次口服50mg，1日4次。
4．诊断嗜铬细胞瘤静注5mg，注后每30秒钟测血压1次。
注意事项
1．有直立性低血压、鼻塞、瘙痒、恶心、呕吐等，低血压、严重动脉硬化、心脏器质性损害、肾功能减退者忌用。
2．忌与铁剂配伍。
贮藏：避光，密闭保存。
制剂：注射液：每支5mg(1mI)；10mg(1ml)。片剂：每片25mg。
