适应症
与其它抗逆转录病毒药物联合使用，用于治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染的成人和儿童。
用法用量
12岁以上患者 150mg bid或300mg qd。3月至12岁儿童 4mg/kg bid，最大剂量为300mg/天。
肾损害者减量使用。

FDA妊娠分级
C级： 动物研究证明药物对胎儿有危害性（致畸或胚胎死亡等），或尚无设对照的妊娠妇女研究，或尚未对妊娠妇女及动物进行研究。本类药物只有在权衡对孕妇的益处大于对胎儿的危害之后，方可使用。
注意事项
不要单独使用本药治疗。用药过程中注意监测胰腺炎的发生。使用核苷类似物后有出现乳酸酸中毒的报道，当患者出现原因不明的代谢性/乳酸酸中毒、进行性肝肿大或转氨酶迅速升高，应立即停止治疗。患肝肿大、肝炎或有肝脏疾病危险因素和脂肪肝的患者慎用。患有严重免疫缺陷的HIV感染患者在开始抗逆转录病毒药物治疗时，可引起无症状的或残余机会性感染的炎症反应，并导致严重的临床状况或症状恶化，如巨细胞病毒视网膜炎，分支杆菌感染和卡氏肺囊虫肺炎。妊娠的前3个月不要使用。感染HIV的母亲不应母乳喂养。
不良反应
血象异常，头痛、失眠，极罕见外周神经病或感觉异常，咳嗽、鼻部症状，胃肠道反应、罕见血清淀粉酶升高、胰腺炎，少见肝酶一过性升高、罕见肝炎，皮疹、脱发，关节痛、肌肉功能失调 、罕见横纹肌溶解，疲劳、不适、发热。
药物相互作用
勿与治疗卡氏肺囊虫肺炎及弓形体病时大剂量复方甲唑合用；不推荐与静注的更昔洛韦或膦甲酸盐；扎西他滨合用。
Epivir(Lamivudine Tablets)
Epivir (Lamivudine Tablets) is used along with other medications to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Epivir (Lamivudine Tablets) is used to treat hepatitis B infection. Lamivudine is in a class of medications called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs).
It works by decreasing the amount of HIV and hepatitis B in the blood. Although lamivudine does not cure HIV, it may decrease your chance of developing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV-related illnesses such as serious infections or cancer.
Taking these medications along with practicing safer sex and making other life-style changes may decrease the risk of transmitting (spreading) the HIV virus to other people.
Epivir (Lamivudine Tablets) used
Lamivudine comes as a tablet and liquid to take by mouth. Epivir (Lamivudine Tablets) is usually taken every 12 hours (twice a day).
Epivir (Lamivudine Tablets) is usually taken once a day. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take lamivudine exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Continue to take lamivudine even if you feel well. Do not stop taking lamivudine without talking to your doctor. Lamivudine is also used sometimes in combination with zidovudine (Retrovir, AZT) to treat healthcare workers or other individuals exposed to HIV infection after accidental contact with HIV-contaminated blood, tissues, or other body fluids. Talk to your doctor about the possible risks of using this drug for your condition.

Before taking this medicineYou should not take Epivir if you are allergic to lamivudine.
You should not take Epivir-HBV (for treating hepatitis B) if you also take other medicine that contains lamivudine or emtricitabine, which includes:
