药效药理
1. 抗炎症作用
（1）角叉菜胶足水肿和比双氯芬酸钠为（大鼠）具有很强的抑制作用，也表现出酮洛芬，的抑制作用和消炎痛的等价物。
（2）双氯芬酸钠的佐剂性关节炎（大鼠）时，它显示出相同的抑制作用和酮洛芬。
（3）双氯芬酸钠到渗出保留卡拉胶胸膜炎（大鼠），比吲哚美辛较强的抑制作用的，也表现出同样的抑制效果和酮洛芬。
（4）肉芽肿增长（棉球方法：鼠）这表明酮洛芬，的抑制作用，双氯芬酸钠对等价的。
2. 鎮痛作用
（1）表现为对缓激肽疼痛试验（狗）有较强的抑制作用，其ED50是为0.3mg/公斤（口服）。
（2）佐剂性关节炎（大鼠），兰德尔-Selitto法（大鼠），并且具有由苯醌扭体法（小鼠）的镇痛效果比得上消炎痛，二氯苯胺苯乙酸钠，它表现出比洛芬有很强的影响。
3.前列腺素合成的抑制作用
针对PGG2和PGH2通过环加氧牛精囊的（体外）产生，并且显示出比吲哚美辛较强的抑制作用。
增强缓激肽的由花生四烯酸或PGE 2在大鼠的增加，角叉菜胶爪水肿增强血管通透性，我抑制了每个对角叉菜胶胸膜炎的增强作用（体内）的。它也抑制血管通透性增加花生四烯酸孤单。
适应症
消炎镇痛药。用于治疗慢性类风湿性关节炎、变形性关节病、腰痛、肩周炎、颈肩腕综合征及手术后、外伤后和拔牙后的消炎，止痛。也是一个强效的血小板凝集抑制剂。
用法用量
成人每次口服50毫克，每天分4次服用。此外，增加或减少取决于患者的年龄和症状

Effects of this medicine
This medicine inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in inflammation to exert anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
It is usually used to relieve inflammation and pain in chronic rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, shoulder periarthritis, cervico-omo-brachial syndrome, temporomandibular joint disease, post-operative state, post-traumatic state or post-odontectomy state.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have a history of peptic ulcer, blood disorder, liver disorder, renal disorder, cardiac function failure or aspirin asthma.
If you are predisposed to allergy or have bronchial asthma.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

For adults: In general, take 1 capsule (50 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 4 times a day, after each meal and before bedtime. When used as needed, take 1 capsule (50 mg of the active ingredient) at a time. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If there is less than 3 hours to the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include gastric distress, gastric pain, diarrhea, rash, edema, depilation, tinnitus, malaise, neck pain, hoarseness and atypical genital bleeding. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
pale face, cold sweat, dizziness on standing up [shock]
pain in the pit of stomach, heartburn, black stool [peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal hemorrhage]
oliguria, general marked swelling, respiratory distress [nephritic syndrome]

Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
