LOXONIN GEL(Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate,ロキソニンゲル1%,中文译名:洛索洛芬钠凝胶)由日本第一三共株式会社原研,于2010年6月9日获准在日本上市。用于变形性关节炎、肌肉痛、外伤后的肿胀及疼痛。
在日本的临床试验显示,与口服洛索洛芬钠片的效果等效,但副作用降低。洛索洛芬钠具有优良的解热、镇痛及抗炎作用,可广泛应用于类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎等疾病的临床治疗。

药用药理学
洛索洛芬钠水合物从皮肤吸收,然后转化为活性代谢物反式-OH形式,其显示出对急性炎症/慢性炎症和疼痛的优异的抗炎/镇痛作用。
1.抗炎作用
含有洛索洛芬钠水合物的巴布剂对任何急性炎症模型角叉菜胶水肿(大鼠)和慢性炎症模型佐剂关节炎(大鼠)显示出显着的抗炎作用。
2.镇痛作用
含有洛索洛芬钠水合物的巴布剂在Randall sert方法(大鼠)中显示出镇痛作用。 它还显示出对抗佐剂性慢性关节炎疼痛(大鼠)的镇痛作用。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
It suppresses inflammation and relieves pain after absorbed from the skin.
It is usually used to treat osteoarthritis, muscle pain, swelling/pain after an injury.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor/pharmacist
If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with aspirin-induced asthma or its history.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are using any other prescription or nonprescription (OTC) medicine. (It is important to reduce the risk of drug interactions.)
Dosage regimen (proper use of this medicine)
General dosage regimen: Apply and rub an appropriate amount according to the symptom several times a day. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not apply to the eyes, mucosa, wound or site with eczema/rash.
Do not use with occlusive dressing technique (wrapping applied site with bandages).
Missed dose: Apply the missed dose as soon as possible.
If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT use double doses to make up for the missed dose.
Overdose: If you used too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Others: Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.
