药理毒理
胞二磷胆碱(CDPC)是核苷衍生物，化学名为胞嘧啶核苷二磷酸胆碱，参与体内卵磷脂的生物合成，是大脑代谢激活剂，能增强上行性网状结构激活系统的功能，降低脑血管阻力，增加脑血流量，改善大脑血液循环，促进大脑物质代谢，功能恢复。
适应症
中度至重度急性缺血性中风
用法用量
在症状出现后24小时内，剂量应分为每天1至2剂（1至4片，500至2000毫克）。
根据患者的症状调整日剂量。
不良反应
偶见胃肠道反应，轻微，持续时间短。
禁 忌
服用本品不可与有氯酯醒的药物合用。

Efficacy/Effectiveness:
Moderate to severe acute ischemic stroke
Usage/Capacity:
The dose should be divided into 1 to 2 doses per day(1 to 4 tablets, 500 to 2000 mg as city choline) within 24 hours after the onset of symptoms.
The daily dose is adjusted according to the patient's symptoms.
Precautions for use:
1. Do not administer to the following patients.
1) Patients with parasympathetic hyperactivity
2) Patients with hypersensitivity to the constituents of the drug
2. Adverse reactions
1) Shock: Shock may occur rarely, so if observation is sufficient and blood pressure drop, chest tightness, dyspnea, etc. appear, discontinue administration immediately and take appropriate measures
2) Hypersensitivity: Occasionally, rashes may occur. In such cases, discontinue administration.
3) Mental nervous system: sometimes blows, rarely headache, dizziness, excitement, convulsions may appear. In addition, when used for hemiplegia after stroke, occasional paralysis of the paralyzed area may appear or be enhanced.
4) Digestive system: Occasionally, the area, rarely anorexia may appear.
5) Liver: Sometimes abnormalities in liver function tests may occur.
6) Miscellaneous: Sometimes fever, rarely temporary blood pressure fluctuations, fatigue may appear, and parasympathetic nervous system excitement can occur.
3. General caution
When administered to patients with acute severe or progressive head trauma and cerebral surgery, treatment with hemostatic agents, hypotensive agents and hypothermia is also performed.
4. Interaction
Combined with levodopa, the effect of levodopa can be enhanced.
5. Administration to some
No animal studies have been conducted to detect teratogenicity. However, since the safety of administration during pregnancy has not been established, it should only be given to pregnant women or women who may be pregnant if they are judged to be above the risk of therapeutic benefit.
6. Administration to children
Safety is not established for children.
7. Administration for the Elderly
Generally, elderly people should be careful to lose weight because their physiological function is decreased.
