药物说明
别名:依托咪酯
适应症
全身麻醉诱导（短期麻醉须与镇痛药合用）。
用量用法
成人 150-300ug/kg体重，静注，15岁以下儿童和老年人150-200ug/kg体重，静注。肝硬化病人和曾用精神抑制药的病人须减少剂量。
禁忌
六个月以内的新生儿和婴幼儿。哺乳妇女。
不良反应
一次性剂量可使肾上腺皮质对紧张刺激的反应明显减慢约4-6hr。持续使用本药可能出现暂时性肾上腺皮质功能低下。没有接受过适当前驱给药的病人，使用单剂量后可能出现肌阵挛。偶有恶心，呕吐。一些病例可能出现咳嗽、呃逆和寒颤。个别病例可出现喉痉挛。大剂量使用本药或与中枢神经抑制剂合用时，偶见短暂呼吸暂停。
注意事项
可影响驾驶及机械操作能力。妊娠妇女慎用。
药物相互作用
精神抑制药、鸦片、镇静剂及酒精可增强本药的催眠效果。
