性状
·白色—淡黄色的结晶或结晶性的粉末。
乙酰胆碱(99.5)或无水醋酸稍微容易溶化，几乎不溶于水。
·根据光逐渐变成淡褐色。
·熔点:136分解。
药效药理
1.改善脑循环的作用
·在脑血管障碍患者中，观察到内颈及椎骨动脉的血流量增加，并且在缺血病灶部的脑血流增加。
·剂量依赖性地增加猫的内颌动脉血流量。
2.改善血液流动性的作用
·在健康成人及脑血管障碍患者中，发现ADP、胶原等对血小板凝集的抑制作用及红细胞变形能力亢进作用。
3.对神经传递系统的作用
·在大鼠中，在大脑皮层和海马中恢复因年龄增加而降低的脑内胆碱乙酰转移酶（CAT）活性和麝香葡萄素性乙酰胆碱受体的结合能力。
·在大鼠中，恢复因年龄增加而降低的海马的乙酰胆碱游离。
·乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）具有选择性的胆碱酯酶抑制活性，在小鼠中表现出脑内AChE活性抑制和海马乙酰胆碱量的增加作用。
·在大鼠中，通过连续经口给药观察到多巴胺的代谢旋转的促进作用。
4.脑能量代谢改善作用
·在小鼠脑缺血模型和低氧模型中对脑能量代谢紊乱有改善作用。
·在成熟和老龄大鼠脑梗死模型中对葡萄糖摄取和消耗有改善作用。
5.改善脑神经功能的作用
·在小鼠脑缺血模型和低氧模型中对脑损伤有保护作用。
·在大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞中显示低阈值（T-type）钙通道阻断作用。
·在小鼠短暂性脑缺血模型中抑制海马CA1区神经细胞的迟发性坏死。
·在老龄大鼠脑梗塞模型和小鼠苏可泊胺致健忘症模型中，对学习、记忆障碍有改善作用。
脑电波改善作用
在脑血管障碍患者中，发现脑波异常的改善。
适应症
改善因脑梗塞后遗症引起的慢性脑循环障碍而引起的意欲低下
用法与用量
通常，把1天15毫克的成年人，分成3次服用。另外，根据年龄、症状适当增减。

Effects of this medicine
This medicine increases cerebral bood flow, improves cerebral energy metabolism, and inhibit platelet aggregation. These actions improve cerebral circulation and metabolism.
It is usually used to improve avolition caused by chronic cerebrovascular disorder associated with cerebral infarction sequelae.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
•If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are suspected that the haemostasis of intracranial haemorrhage has not been established.
•If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
•Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is << to be written by a healthcare professional>>
•In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. It shoud be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
•If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
•If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
•Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
• Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, rash, headache, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
