部份氧氟沙星中文处方资料(仅供参考)
适应症 : 
本品适用于治疗细菌性结膜炎、角膜炎、角膜潰疡、泪囊炎、术后感染等外眼感染。对氧氟沙星敏感的葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肺炎球菌、细球菌属、棒状杆菌属、布兰氏卡他菌、假单胞菌属、绿脓杆菌、嗜血杆菌等引起的下述感染症:眼睑炎、麦粒肿、泪囊炎、结膜炎、睑板腺炎、角膜炎、角膜溃疡。
用法用量
一般1天3次,每次滴眼1滴。根据症状可适当增减。
不良反应
1、过敏症
偶尔会发生皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒感、眼睑发红和浮肿、结膜充血等,一旦出现这些症状应中止投药。
2、眼:
有时会出现刺激感,此外,偶尔发生弥漫性浅层角膜炎等角膜障碍,一旦出现这些症状应中止投药。
禁忌 : 
对氧氟沙星或喹诺酮类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项 : 
1、本品不可长期使用,为了防止耐药菌的出现等,原则上应确认敏感性,将用药期限限制在治疗疾病所需的最少时间内。
2、本品仅用于滴眼
3、为了防止污染药液,滴眼时应注意避免容器的前端直接接触眼部。
4、滴眼时瓶口勿接触眼睛 ;使用后应将瓶盖拧紧,以免污染药品。
5、当药品性状发生改变时,禁止使用。
6、儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
7、请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
8、使用中出现过敏症状,应立即停止使用。
药物相互作用 
如与其他药物同时使用可能会发生药物相互作用,详情请咨询医师或药师。
药理毒理
广谱抗菌药,对沙眼衣原体亦有效。主要用于治疗细菌性外眼感染、沙眼及细菌性眼内感染。
药代动力学 : 
1.血中浓度 健康成人每30分钟1次1滴、滴眼16次或每15分钟1次1滴,滴眼32次时,30分钟后的血中浓度分 别为0.019ug/ml、0.034ug/ml,之后逐渐减少。
2.眼内分布 对白内障患者在手术前每隔5分钟1次、共计滴眼50次时,眼房水中的浓度在滴眼后1小时左右显示 出最高值(1.20ug/ml)。
3.动物的眼组织内的分布(白色家兔、狗) 用泰利必妥滴眼液对正常白色家兔进行1次1滴滴眼时,其向角膜.球结膜、眼肌,巩膜,虹膜, 睫状体及房水的分布良好。角膜、巩膜、眼肌
妊娠期妇女及哺乳期妇女用药 : 
对妊娠期间的安全性尚未明确。因此对孕妇或可能妊娠的妇女只有在其治疗的益性高于可能发生的危险性时方可给药。
老年患者用药 : 
通常,老年人的生理机能有所降低,应注意予以减量等

Effects of this medicine
This medicine is a new quinolone antibacterial agent which inhibits DNA replication of bacteria and shows bactericidal effect.
It is usually used to treat blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, tarsadenitis and keratitis. It is also used for sterilization therapy in ophthalmological perioperative period.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you wear contact lenses.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

In general, apply 1 drop at a time, 3 times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
In order to prevent contamination, apply the medicine so the tip of eye dropper do not touch the surface of your eye.
If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not apply two doses at one time.
If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Precautions while taking this medicine
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include irritating sensation, itching, blepharitis (redness/edema of eyelid) and conjunctivitis (hyperemia/edema of conjunctiva). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
Storage conditions and other information
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
